The Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Sanya ten years ago, and was impressed by their service at that time. Ten years later, the Ritz-Carlton in Suzhou did not disappoint me either~ The hotel is of course very new. It is not the kind of high-profile luxury, but the right sense of luxury with style. It is not ostentatious and very comfortable 😊 Anyway, I like this style~ But compared with the decoration of the hotel, I think the service is what the Ritz is proud of~ After all, hardware can be simply piled up with money~ From the moment we arrived at the lobby until we left, I want to give all the staff a full score~ Their service attitude is so good that I feel embarrassed. Everyone is super polite and sincere. For example, when you come out of the elevator, you stand at that station with a little confusion on your face. When you look around, the staff in the lobby immediately come over and ask you if you need any help. They really ask you sincerely. When you eat breakfast, you walk to the food counter, and the staff inside immediately introduces you to the freshly cooked food and asks you which one you want to eat. One The staff in the executive lounge are even more so. In short, everyone's service attitude makes you feel like a distinguished guest, and you feel very valued, and this enthusiasm does not feel perfunctory at all~ In the past ten years, I have stayed in many good hotels, but only Ritz made me feel this way. I think Ritz's service standards and requirements should be higher than other hotels of the same level. At least Park Hyatt and Four Seasons in Suzhou did not give me the same experience~ Originally, when you go out for vacation and stay in a hotel, service is the most important thing. The hardware is cold, but the service is warm. The experience of staying in Ritz made me feel that the money I spent was really worth it. Especially this time I booked an executive room and had four meals in the hotel. Except for a half-hour walk outside the hotel after dinner, we never left the hotel🤗 Because staying in the room is really comfortable, I don't want to get up from the bed~ I also took a bath and enjoyed the scenery outside while taking a bath~ Thank you again Ritz for giving me this wonderful experience.
