這次入住麗思卡爾頓的體驗簡直完美設施細節滿滿，客房寬敞明亮，床品柔軟得像雲朵一樣，浴室的備品高級又好聞，連迷你吧的飲品都透着精緻。更讓人驚喜的是服務，從下車時門僮熱情接過行李，到前台快速辦理入住時的微笑問候，每個環節都讓人感覺被用心對待。入住期間有任何需求，工作人員總能第一時間響應，專業又貼心，無論是商務出行還是度假放鬆，這裏都絕對是首選，下次一定還來！ 👍

感謝攜程，讓我們有幸在蘇·麗思度過了一個美好的夏末的週末，超有性價比的一個套餐，希望攜程一直推新出優！
位置：石路商圈，比鄰蘇州五中，可以步行到閶門，山塘街（白居易碼頭），也可以跨過上塘河上的上津古橋直達留園。萬象天地開業之後，距地鐵2號線石路站出口幾步之遙（目前，有點繞啊）！服務：這幾天接觸最多的是行政酒廊的William，Maria，Caesar等各位帥哥美女，從入住直到退房，時刻可以感受到他們的誠意，認真的服務，和滿心的期待，住客可以吃好喝好歇好，感謝！
餐飲：早餐不錯，中西融合，有三文魚/河蝦班尼迪克，也有蘇式紅湯麪加爆魚加素雞，值得一提，餐廳服務生特別敬業負責！酒廊的簡餐非常到位，每一天每一頓，從主菜，主食，到冷菜，甜點，精心搭配，餐餐不同，很有心，一日五餐，名不虛傳！

新開的栗子，周邊的硬件配套還沒有特別成熟，據説年底萬達商圈會開業，估計那時候更方便了。不過離山塘古街很近呢！

服務：第一天到了蘇州已經是夜裡過了12點 入住辦理的比較快 直接上樓去了房間 行李送的也比較快 並且送來了歡迎小點心 很好看跟蘇州 來蘇州的路上吹空調有些感冒點了外賣的葯 打了內線小哥哥也很快就送到了房間
環境：一進大堂不算是很大吧 但是我覺得設計是有巧思的 匆匆忙忙趕過的話可能注意不到一些細節 雖然房間因為建築的問題不是四方四正 不過該有的都有 三面環玻璃並不是大家説的“工地景” 也還不錯啦哈哈 每天一個小書簽還是很好看的
餐廳：早餐種類不算特別多 但都是現做的而且味道還可以啦 除了粉面的澆頭比較蘇州比較甜美吃不太習慣 bakery是nice的 三樓標霞中餐廳因為此次時間比較緊張沒來得及去 下次再來的話要吃一下標霞的哈哈
點名表揚一下Sunny小哥哥 第一天早晨下樓用早餐的時候就很熱情的問好 退房幫拿行李時也很細心的詢問入住體驗 還送了我ritz的小獅子掛件 很開心咯

2025年開業，相當新，隔音好。衞生間馬桶淋浴分離。交通方便（但是隔壁商圈要年底才開業，開業後應該會更加方便，目前出門還是有些小繞路），離山塘街近，另外留園和西園寺也在步行範圍內，周圍是新建的商區，不像老城那麼喧鬧。床墊舒適，提供多種枕頭選擇，備品不錯，很滿意。服務也比較熱情，總體中規中矩。

蘇州麗思酒店服務和管理花了很多心思，入住時房間有些小問題，解決的很快！早餐品種不多但很精緻美味！七里山塘和留園都是步行可達的地方，留園很美，蘇式麪好吃！
