房間就在湖邊，很不錯。早餐品種有些少，洗澡水不夠熱，莊園裡提供鹽療和沙療，老爸試了一下很舒服，希望下回的感受會更好。

真的忍無可忍了！這家酒店的服務質量簡直糟糕透頂，完全跟不上。房間裏連個電話都沒有，遙控器也沒有電池，我衹能親自走到前台去要。結果在那等了足足20分鐘，不僅沒拿到電池，前台還直接告訴我沒有。投屏的屏幕根本不會自動降下來，居然讓我自己爬上去手動掰下來。就這服務，以後再也不會來了，果斷拉黑！

提前預訂了房間，但是沒有給我們預留，前台辦理速度很慢，而且對我們態度也不好，差不多大半個小時以後才給我們三間完全不一樣的房間，房間隔音很差，協商換房店家態度也很差，陰陽怪氣的説我們矯情，直言我們可以去投訴和報警。完全沒有想着幫我們解決問題，提出的解決辦法居然是讓我們同行的男性朋友去住最小最吵的房間。後續我們提出能否提供多餘的被子，我們去大一點的房間打地鋪，也被拒絕了，衹有兩個很小的毯子，很侮辱人。房間裏的被子也很臟，住了三天沒換過一次被套和一次性洗漱用品！打了電説第二天換,結果也沒換。酒店沒有Wi-Fi不推薦，非常不推薦

1、房間網絡特別差基本不能用！
2、沒有電視投影看電視衹能試看5分鐘，然後要收費、
3、早餐更是無語全是主食沒有菜稀飯撈不到🌾、還沒有坐的地方等好久、
4、礦泉水衹給兩瓶家庭房也給倆瓶、額外要加錢！
5、開進去沒有提示牌！也沒人接待！
定網上訂的湖景家庭房702一碗！感覺就是還不如便捷酒店！沒有小童牙刷！
