The air in the room smells like it has just been renovated, even if you use an air purifier, please avoid lightning if you care about your life.

這個日期來陽澄湖吃大閘蟹，可想而知人非常多。早上就到了陽澄湖，走了一些景點，午飯後致電前台，我們還有多久到酒店，請安排好房間。到了酒店前台大概是15: 20左右，告知房間還沒有打掃完，要等，問要等多久，衹是回答儘快，本身酒店入住時間就晚，入住時間到了，還需要等，並且沒有處理方案，這服務實在達不到星級水平，最後還是我們提出要求。
進房間估計是打掃匆忙的關係，房間裏面有庭院吹進來的落葉，沒有打掃乾淨，這個也不是很介意，但是進房間就要了一套小童洗漱用品，直到出門吃完晚飯回到酒店，都沒有送到房間，最後又打了一次電話，再催了一次才送來，服務真的很一般。
第二天早餐品種很少，個人認為是達不到五星的，餛飩和麪給的量也很少，小朋友都覺得少的那種，需要多拿幾次，當天人又多，需要每次排隊，要不就直接説多給一點，但必須一直等在那裡。
訂的雙床庭院房，新的酒店，房間設施都沒有什麼大問題，兩張床很小，和小朋友一塊睡有點擠，隔音設施也一般，庭院的門關掉，還是能聽到庭院外的聲音，庭院有大有小，這個衹能看個人運氣了。
還是希望，酒店的服務一些方面能對得起價格和星級標準

酒店整體很高大上，就是前台服務真心差，入住很晚要15:30，我們定了3間房，14:00我特意提早打了電話，希望能準時入住，15:20到達前台checkin，告知要等待，不知道何時才能入住！問了數遍，前台經理就告知去問了，問了很久都沒有給我們迴應，直到15:40才給予入住，第一印象的體驗感很差！退按金也是等了很久，致電去問，也是回覆不清楚！餐廳服務倒很好，很客氣，這個不錯！還有房間馬桶一直有沖水聲，很影響休息。

先説説我對這個酒店的第一印象
在前台辦入住 態度還算可以
但是完全解決不了問題 模凌兩可
我的訴求就是可以不可以，一句話明確的説
讓人覺得體驗感很不好
接着晚上想去泡湯 打電話給前台了
當時也沒有提醒説温泉的温度是很低的
等我們到了 工作人員先是説不開
讓我們去悦榕莊那邊
接着又説悦榕莊那邊男池温度不夠
我當時帶着父母（因為要男女分開泡）
先不説池子是否值得泡（其實就是那種浴室，一個公共的泡池的感覺）
起碼我覺得能不能泡 温度夠不夠應該提前告知
我看了其他人的評論（貌似他們的温度經常是蠻低的…）
所以不懂究竟是為什麼這樣還要收費讓人去泡
然後我問工作人員為何不能提前告知不能泡
他們説他們也沒收到通知
難道這個温度能不能泡一個酒店的工作人員都不知道？那我們用户更不知道
所以我覺得在這方面非常欠缺
房間入住前要求給個加濕器，他們給了空氣凈化器…還有就是房間門跟樓道的隔音很差很差，説什麼基本都能聽得到（介意的朋友可以好好考慮）
然後呢 我是外地過來的
想着説退房之前在前台讓他們確定下房間消費情況，這樣到時候省的退按金髮生什麼問題
（這麼擔心是因為他們的辦事效率確實不行，左一件右一件，幾個房間歡迎入住的名字也可以搞錯，所以然後又是一直漫長的等待，阿姨進房查看下冰箱有無飲料消費不應該是件很好解決的事嗎？然後就是一直讓等……）
以上呢就是我自己入住的真實感受。
