Crowne Plaza is a trustworthy brand hotel. This time I stayed at the East Taihu Hotel in Wujiang District, Suzhou for four consecutive nights. I was very satisfied with the hotel facilities, environment, service, and catering. ① The hotel facilities are very new, the room is large enough, 50 square meters, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are free, the high-speed elevator, the air conditioning is powerful, the Internet speed is fast, and the parking and entry are convenient without registration and verification procedures. ② The service is proactive. Miss An An at the front desk has taken the initiative to contact us before check-in, and also helped us upgrade the room to 21F (total height 22), and also added WeChat, always caring about our check-in situation and needs, which is very considerate. The room service is also very timely, and the room has been cleaned up every day when I come back from going out. ③ The buffet dishes in the morning are relatively rich, with Chinese and Western dishes to choose from, and the dishes are adjusted every day. ④ There are large shopping malls MixC and Sino-Ocean Future Plaza near the hotel, which are very convenient for dining and shopping. The attractions include Jingsi Garden, Wangong Dike, Suzhou Bay Cultural Plaza, and East Taihu Ecological Park.

I have always wanted to buy this hotel recommended by my friend, but unfortunately all the rooms with executive lounges were booked during the Chinese New Year. The afternoon tea includes pizza, French fries, shrimp cakes, crispy meat, very hard dishes, fruit desserts, drinks, snacks, biscuits, etc. After having afternoon tea, the room was ready. I was ready to go upstairs. I found that there were also fruit drinks and biscuits upstairs. Some hotels also have them, but I have never seen such generous ones. The evening tea in the executive lounge The food is quite exaggerated. Caviar and foie gras are free, and Buddha jumps over the wall can be ordered separately. Because there are so many people, it takes a long time to order a round. This is understandable during the Chinese New Year. The quality of the dishes is still good, and the overall online. The desserts and fruits are relatively ordinary, but the hot dishes taste pretty good~~ The choice of wine is also OK, and there is Perrier. Although the glass bottle of Perrier is not expensive now, the sincerity can still be felt~~ The swimming pool, gym, and children's playground are all available. Unfortunately, there is no hot spring pool or sauna. The gym is also relatively simple. The children's playground is relatively young, but it is better to have it than not. It didn't prevent me from playing the elliptical machine in their gym for 30 minutes. To be honest, the equipment quality of their gym is still good, and they have a yoga room where you can bring your baby to play! The breakfast on the second day was eaten in the buffet restaurant on the first floor. It was very rich. The Aozao noodles and vermicelli soup are now made. The plum cake and pot stickers were also delicious. I found a very surprising honeycomb over there. I haven't seen it for a long time. It seems that IHG has such a thing. I quickly dug a piece~~ Thanks to our housekeeper RITA. She contacted me a day in advance and asked if I had any requirements. I said that I was traveling with my parents and hoped that the two rooms would be together. Sure enough, our rooms were opposite each other. The child ate an ice cream outside and gave me a bite. It was too greasy. I wanted to ask the hotel if I could have a cup of coffee in the lounge. The hotel said that it was okay without checking out. I went in and found that their afternoon tea started at 12:30, and there was another row of hard dishes. I was welcome. I also solved lunch here~~

I stayed here for the second time for the service of Xiao Tang at the front desk. This time, my family's elderly celebrated his 90th birthday. The room was decorated very warmly, with balloons, cakes, and candles. It was great! In the evening, the dishes in the hotel's Chinese restaurant tasted really good, and the breakfast was as rich and delicious as always! I will come again if I have the chance. This is a hotel worth recommending!
