This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we checked in, we were made to wait in the lobby for more than an hour. Moreover, my husband got angry before we were allowed to check in. If he is good-tempered, I don’t know when we can check in. The hotel is still under renovation. The smell is very strong and the quilt is also damp. The table in the room is not designed to be fixed for some reason. It broke when we were dining on the table. I called the front desk and said that it would be handled immediately. However, I waited for almost half an hour and no one came to handle it. When I was urged to handle it, I learned that it was not done. An hour later, a table in another room was also broken. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The person who came to deal with it asked us if we wanted to continue our stay. ? How dare you stay here? But then they said that if you don’t extend your stay, you will compensate us next time you come to stay. This solution is really speechless.

I went there with high expectations at the beginning. I saw all the good reviews but was confused by the male service staff at the front desk. His tone of voice and behavior were impatient. I knew you were busy, but I also waited for two hours. I brought my sister to Jiangsu. Tourism is really questioning your service level. I don’t want to curse even your hotel. Cleanliness: The bed is quite clean, but the floor has not been swept or mopped. It is really disgusting.

I didn't have much expectations before booking, especially when I came to the wrong building for the first time and the floor elevators were marked differently. But when I finally went to the front desk to go through the formalities, Jerry, the butler who received me, was very polite, considerate, and felt much warmer. When I arrived at the room, I didn't expect it to be very spacious with reasonable partitions. The bathroom and washroom are separated, with a rest stool and a wall table. There is also a considerate desk and chair office area. The minimalist decoration of the room is eye-catching. Outside the window is the Suzhou Financial Center and the subway. Close by, complete commercial facilities are available. I didn't take any pictures because I was in a hurry, sorry. Very cost-effective, recommended by Laisu!

One of the most cost-effective apartments I have ever stayed in! The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting and a great view! The facilities and equipment are complete, all the cups are IKEA mugs, and there is an elegant tea set and a bag of tea on the small tea table in the living room, which is very heartwarming! It is convenient to travel and has a good location. It takes 3 minutes to walk downstairs to the subway station. It only takes 30 minutes to take the subway to the nearest train station (Suzhou Industrial Park Station)! Life is convenient, takeout is delivered to the door of the room, and there is a Meiyijia convenience store downstairs, all kinds of conveniences! Next time I come to Suzhou, I will definitely give it my first choice~~

交通便利，離地鐵站近，步行几3分鐘就到，房間皆為高樓層，旁邊有金雞湖風景明媚，旁邊有餐廳便利店，不怕餓著，前台管家單小姐及楊小姐服務周到親切，下次來蘇州會再來住的

首先 我下午入住日16:15分辦理入住 前台跟我説現在沒房需要等 我説大概需要多久 她説半個小時 我説怎麼現在4點多了還需要半小時 他説又是博覽會又是演唱會的，幾百個房間，阿姨不可能一下子打掃完吧？你定了酒店房間，我肯定會給你留着，但是現在衞生還沒打掃出來，前面打掃出來的已經安排入住了，你房源緊張是你的問題，你可以多找幾個阿姨，哪怕是高薪聘請臨時的阿姨也可以，這是你的問題，你可以好好跟我説不好意思房源這兩天確實比較緊張，又沒有找到合適的阿姨，您稍微等一下，我是可以理解的，但是你跟我説幾百個房間阿姨不可能一下子就打掃完吧，態度非常差，這我是不能接受的 第2前台的電話是打不通的，打了四個都打不通的，然後床頭櫃上有粘貼，一個固話打過去是在通話中的也是打不通的，然後需要送一瓶水打了一個電話説安排工作人員送是半個小時都送不到的再打一個説馬上給你催是需要再等十幾分鐘的，就是這瓶水需要送一個小時才能送得到，18號的前台態度好一點，估計是換了個前台吧 第三我12:00多叫前台幫忙收拾房間，下午5:00多還沒有收拾， 第四，讓阿姨幫忙收拾房間，空瓶子是不會扔的垃圾是不會丟的 圖一二收拾完的房間 圖3錯綜複雜的順序然後廁所是全透明的雖然説有個捲簾門吧但是如果在上廁所或者洗澡的時候，外面有人拿着房卡開進來，一點遮擋都沒有的總而言之四百多住這樣的一個酒店真的非常糟心，勸大家多花2 30塊錢，住隔壁橘子酒店然後雙床房是衹有兩個枕頭的正經酒店，誰不是一張床上二到四個枕頭真的是非常的無語，然後Wi-Fi也是卡的要死

酒店環境不錯，相當之寬敞，冷氣簡直不要太足，爽歪歪。靠近金雞湖景區。走不到100米即有地鐵站，距離蘇州國際博覽中心很近，離東方之門也不遠。 酒店一樓有很多小吃，酒店早餐不錯，可以看實拍圖。 前台工作很繁忙很辛苦，但即使這樣前台接待小婷的服務依然熱情周到，請老闆看到後給她加雞腿。🍗

附近酒店住了好多，這家性價比絕對可以，看得出是剛營業不久的，有些地方還略有毛躁，但是綜合價格和地段還是非常滿意的！房間空間很大，床品乾淨舒服。

房間挺大的，床品很舒服，早餐品種也挺多的，前台單主管服務也挺周到的，下次出差還會選擇這家酒店！不過前台在25層，房間在其他樓層！

這個房型很超值，很大，中間有一個辦公桌可以方便使用電腦。酒店位置不錯，走路去文化中心也不遠，離地鐵一號線兩三百米。這裏可能以前是高檔酒店改造滴，中間很多樓層商務辦公餐廳什麼的，電梯有點不夠用。吐槽一下洗衣房，是很老的波輪洗衣機，烘乾也是最原始的那種罩子，這個配置難以理解。

這價格能在金雞湖邊住到這麼大的房間，物超所值了 樓下餐飲店選擇很多，離誠品書店差不多一公里左右 管家小陳服務也是很盡心，明年來參展還定這

早飯好吃早飯好吃早飯好吃，盤子裏的每一樣東西都非常可口，喝了兩杯果汁，酒釀圓子也超好吃，清甜不膩，種類夠多。擺放也合理，枱麪都很乾凈，餐廳超級大，一眼望去都看不見餐枱，很多桌子坐。阿姨每一個都笑盈盈的，很熱情，早飯時間到十點半，睡到自然醒再吃早飯都來得及。 酒店前台在25樓，早餐在24樓，我們的房間在18樓，房間很大，佈局很好，採光好，設計比較現代，很有品味，浴室超級大，你甚至可以在裏面跳一曲，水流也很大，還有一個台可以放東西架架腳，設計很好。馬桶是單獨隔開的，外面是水池，化粧鏡是雙面的，設計感很好，全身鏡還可以移。外邊沒拍照片，忘記了~ 床枕頭都挺好睡得，被子也很鬆軟，房間隔音效果也可以，晚上很安靜，窗簾很遮光。定了兩天房間，第一天下午阿姨主動敲門來做清潔，倒垃圾拖地，人很好。 酒店位置也很好，周圍有好幾個商場，吃喝玩樂都有，溜達着就能到。推薦入住，性價比高~窗外景色很好 今天早飯的時候不小心摔碎了一把勺子，真的是很抱歉，詢問了阿姨要不要賠，阿姨衹是收拾了沒答我，真的很不好意思
