Highly recommend this place! Safe and clean. ＜5mins walk from metro. The staffs are very attentive and polite. Love their room with smart voice control. By far my best stay in china. So nice of them to give 苏州特产during check out. Though there were hiccups here and there during my stay, overall experience was great! Cant wait for my next visit already

There's much to love about Anshe hotel and Suzhou that we wished to have stayed at least 3 nights. The staff were so warm and helpful to introduce the room, facilities and even recommended nearby food options to start our trip.
The room was so clean and modern, with nice decor and amenities which really goes beyond what we expected. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially as the staff were so attentive to our needs.

Excellent experience here as the hotel staff are extremely helpful with all of our queries! Location is perfect, with pretty good restaurant and train station just across the road, and the famous Ping Jiang Road is just within 5 minutes walk. The room is very clean and plenty of movies and songs to select from. The hotel had also gifted 2 bottles of starbucks coffee and a box of osmanthus cookies during the checkout. Would have given a 6 stars if allowed !

Staff are super friendly and nice!! Rooms are clean and hi-tech except toilet and bathroom, has no privacy. Overall experience is GOOD!

Excellent location, within walking distance to Ping Jiang Road and Guan Qian Street, and also ＜ 5 minutes walking distance away from the Lindun Road station (exit 5). The interior is modern and well maintained, and the hotel room is very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. The staff members are attentive and warm, and will address any issues promptly and efficiently. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel, as staying here provides a great and memorable experience for our Suzhou trip!
