Come here to attend half marathon, good location but the whole hotel has cigarette smell. Even the room smell really bad

跟朋友到蘇州旅遊選擇了這家酒店，首先是位置特別好，出門就有地鐵口，去各個景點都非常便利，酒店的服務和衞生都特別棒，還提供免費洗衣服務，洗完直接就烘乾了，超級方便，再重點表揚一下早餐，種類特別豐富，味道也很好，有機會一定還會再來入住的！

酒店的服務態度很好，入住就有小姐姐給我倒茶喝，點贊點贊！去到客房裡麪非常乾淨衞生。設備設施也很新，當天晚上睡得很好！非常棒的住店體驗！！

從週三一直住到週一早退房
1:床單上污漬
2:地上黏糊糊未拖乾淨、
3:洗衣服時前廳服務員穿着睡衣在洗衣房翹腳玩手機時對顧客的需求視若無睹。
4:週一11點前台退房時無法同時同時攜帶行李箱以及其他物品下樓，在前台詢問是否可以找人幫助把房間的另外一個箱子搬下來，這樣我可以拿完車馬上出發。前台冷漠表示阿姨們在吃飯，不太相信回答再問一遍：依舊冷漠表示阿姨們在吃飯。
5:取車回來搬東西上車、前台和門口都坐着人，顧客雙手搬着大箱子也無人協助開個門，全程冷漠
6:停車場很恐怖，一個工地廢墟往裡麪要走很遠
就服務而言零分
