Very impressive hotel, the room is very new, amenities is ok especially hair dryer , location is in the ancient city zone. If I have a chance to come back here, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location! It is basically 5 or 6 minutes' walk from Lion Grove, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum, which is very convenient. No matter what time you check in, you can check in immediately as long as the room is ready. We arrived at around 9:50 in the morning and were able to check in. I was really touched! The room is spacious and bright, and it is cleaned very well and is very safe to use.
The service staff is kind and enthusiastic. The young man who checked in saw that my parents were old and helped to send the luggage to the room, which was very touching!
I couldn't find something, and he helped to adjust the surveillance to find it patiently.
The hotel is close to Pingjiang Road, and you can see the small bridge and flowing water when you go out. The surrounding environment is great!
