The room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were welcoming. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and close to Guanjieqian.

We had an excellent 2 nights stay. All the reception ladies are very helpful especially林花 if I remembered her name correctly.. They helped us to solve our problems contacting our hotel in Hang Zhao.
Location is excellent. Near to the Metro Line 4 Exit 1B Chayuanchang. Out of Exit 1b turn right facing the building. Short walk until you reach a small lane. (One door after the China Mobile), you will see the hotel parking sign and the hotel is there.

I recently stayed at Home Inn Selected in Suzhou and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable — just about 100 meters from the train station, which is perfect for travelers coming in or heading out.
The area is full of great local restaurants and milk tea shops, so food and drinks are always within easy reach. One standout feature is the smart robot delivery service — it brings food or other items directly to your room, which is both efficient and fun to watch in action.
The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays or those traveling light. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Suzhou.

Very supportive towards non-Chinese speakers like us. The room is compact and clean while bathroom is spacious and bright. I would recommend this hotel also for its location: you can reach night market in just 10 mins walk, 15 mins ride to all Suzhou Gardens.

Good location, nearby Guan Qian Street. However, do need to cross guan qian jie via metro underway exit 2. The hotel is located bear exit 1b. Quiet night, i have a good sleep here. Laundry service provided for free, this is a bonus!

Very centrally located, just opposite the Quanqian St. At the same time, away from main road hence very quiet. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
