Lovely new hotel, I feel so spoiled by them it’s going to be hard to go back to normal hotels. The room is so so spacious, even without considering the courtyard space. The room was designed with relaxation in mind - bath tub with bath salts, all sorts of tea bags and tea leaves, incense, essential oil. We even got fragrance pouches when we arrived. The hot tub in the courtyard is also really nice to soak in, just a bit cold in winter because you have to walk out from the cozy bedroom into the courtyard. On Christmas Eve they even gave us a cute bamboo muffin cupcake with a snowman topper. Our room came with breakfast, which was a good thing because the hotel is very far from everything else. Breakfast quality is passable, but the restaurant manager on duty on our first two days was much more attentive than the one on our last day, which is ironic as there were more customers on the first two days due to a tour group being there. There are two malls that are about 5-10 mins drive away, but I recommend paradise walk over golden eagle as the former has more shops operating. Apart from the location of the hotel being one downside, another downside was the location of our room as we had to pass through a flight of stairs. So we had to get the staff to help with the luggage since there were too many steps to climb to get to the hotel lobby. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel! Would recommend for short stays to pamper yourself!

This was our 2nd anniversary and we chose to have a romantic hot spring stay at this resort. The checkin was smooth and we were initially impressed with our room. Later on to my horror, I noticed that people walking by could see our hot spring which was completely exposed. Luckily, the staff were very understandable and switched us to an upgraded indoor room. The ambience of the room was filled with love and my partner was very happy 😉.

The room is super large, quiet and peaceful, and the private courtyard is so comfortable to bathe in. I highly recommend it. Manager Teresa is warm and thoughtful. I will choose this place next time.
