Hygiene: Advantages: The overall sanitation of the hotel is good, the rooms are cleaned in time, the bedding and towels are clean and tidy, and there are no obvious stains in the bathroom. Disadvantages: Some details need to be improved, such as carpet cleaning, dust in corners, etc. The incense sticks were not replenished the next day, and the bedside table did not have paper towels, which was not very convenient. Facilities: Advantages: The facilities are complete and new, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gyms, SPAs, children's playgrounds, etc., suitable for all kinds of people. Disadvantages: Restaurant management needs to be strengthened. It may be because of the holiday that the breakfast experience is not very good. The mode of standing in line at the door can be optimized. The seats in the restaurant are too crowded to pass. The dishes are not very good either, and I hope to improve! Environment: Advantages: Convenient transportation is located at the foot of Shishan Mountain, the environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the guest rooms have a wide view. Adjacent to Shishan Park, Suzhou Museum (West Hall), Suzhou Science and Technology Museum, Suzhou Grand Theater Disadvantages: The north-facing courtyard room was too cold this time and I could only sigh at the courtyard. I hope to arrange a south-facing room next time Service: Advantages: The service is very good👍The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and can respond to needs in a timely manner. Summary: Yuechun Suzhou Shishan Hotel performs well in hygiene, facilities, environment and service, and is suitable for vacation and leisure. Although there are some minor problems, the overall experience is comfortable and worth coming again!

It was my first time staying at Angsana Suzhou Shishan. I was very happy to see that the hotel, under the leadership of General Manager Eric and Housekeeping Director Andrey, created a perfect experience! Thanks to the duty managers Anne and Teressa for waiting for arrival in the lobby, and the front office managers Leo and Danny for their careful arrangements. It was a great short trip! Facilities: The room is very comfortable, facing Shishan, and the view is great both during the day and at night! Service: From Alice's pre-arrival call to the final check-out, there was no complaints throughout the whole process~
