優點：整體環境不錯！該有的設施都有比如洗衣機和投影電視和桌椅。離地鐵站近，交通便利。
缺點：衞生打掃不太徹底，衞生間花灑水管還有上一住客的頭髮，馬桶沖水後下不去，還一直在流水，挺浪費水的。在床上可以聞到煙味，這個減分。走的時候看到打掃衞生的阿姨把床單被套放進洗衣機裏洗，不知道消不消毒
