民國老洋房，承德里18號，特別好找，房子出門就是觀前街，特別乾淨，一塵不染。小院子弄的特別漂亮，看起來老闆很用心，環境好，房間安靜，一點都不吵，居住設施特別完善，非常舒適，完美的一次居住。
