What an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers visiting Suzhou! We got very lucky to be upgraded into the room with courtyard, the room is situated in a beautiful part of the Wu palace. We enjoyed watching the moon in the courtyard. The bathroom is so spacious and it was so thoughtful that single use bath bags are provided. The softness of the bed is adjustable and the sleeping experience was fantastic! The staff are also super kind and helpful, would come back again!

We got a nice free upgrade offered by the hotel to Deluxe Suite from our original Family Room due to the contractions going on. The room is amazing! It is very huge, even a bathtub jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice as well, but the staff is a little hostile, in my opinion.
We went for the royal banquet, which was in the hotel for dinner. It was an interesting experience. Highly recommended to try.
The hotel provides free access to the Panmen Scenic Area, which was a really nice place to visit. However, in our opinion, the hotel itself is already an attraction of its own.

Clean, soft and comfortable bed. My room was spacious and it has an amazing view from the balcony. Also, it comes with a pair of Pan Mun Park tickets, which was conveniently located next to the hotel. It has all the 5 stars facilities to enjoy while staying in this hotel.

First and foremost, this one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. Every corner is decorated exquisitely, every detail taken with the utmost care.
The location is acceptable, with a shopping mall with some restaurants at a 12 minute walk, where you can also take the metro, which is the recommended way of transport given the traffic in the city. However, if you want to DIDI into places, it is a bit far from major shopping centers and tourist attractions (30-45 minutes depending on traffic). But if you don't mind the brief walk to the metro then this is the perfect choice of beauty, comfort, and service.
The rooms are spotlessly clean, great views from the balcony, good breakfast, and excellent service form staff.

Upgraded to premium suite, spacious room, but the jacuzzi provided did not work with no power or water. Good breakfast

It was an amazing stay experience at Suzhou Wugong Royal hotel. Despite of extreme hot weather in Suzhou at that time, I could easily get access to the hotel thanks to convenient public transports nearby and it was so easy to get food and snacks from shops and restaurants right across the hotel. Excellent amenities and service, highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a healing stay in Suzhou, China!

Picturesque and fantastic location adjacent to the Panmen pleasure gardens (one of the best places to visit in Suzhou). Free admission with rfid and room number. Not a large spread for the buffet breakfast but what is done is done very well, so complements to the kitchen staff. Reception and maintenance staff also very attentive and responsive. Decent, clean enough pools, both indoor and outdoor.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us. We received a complimentary upgrade of our room, so the room is very big, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and even the staff at the hotel next door was great because our taxi drop us off at the wrong hotel and the staff from Pan Pacific Suzhou accompany us to the right place (both hotels are interconnected). The breakfast was very rich and there were lots of varieties. You can also enter the PanMen Scenic Area for free through the hotel backdoor. Kids also absolutely loved this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel with good grounds and amenities. Next-door to a great scenic area and close to shops. Didi drive away from tourist areas. The shower was a bit stained and in need of repair, but overall the room was good.

We only booked this Hotel because it had an outdoor pool. We can’t tell you how disappointed we were to find it still hadn’t opened, despite it being advertised on this site as being opened all year round. Even the pool side sign said it would be open in June. This should be updated to reflect the accurate information. Thank goodness for the delicious breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel. Superb service and amazing facilities.
Awesome royal banquet at the hotel with make up and dress up services. A night to remember. Add on photography session at hotel scenic landscape. Pan men scenic area right behind the hotel with complimentary entry for my purchase. There is also an ice bar in the hotel. Thank you reception for upgrading my room from 1 king to 2 king beds.. all in all.. superb hotel, people, scenic landscape and cultural experience. Received a hair pin as farewell gift. Very Recommended place to stay in Suzhou.
