So the Facilities were good. I'd say a four out of five. The restroom was very clean, the bed was stiff (Thank you! I'm so use to a soft/used mattress). The staff was very pleasant to work with, either very easy to communicate with (I'm american) or willing to do the communication for me (as in, If i needed to say something but couldn't say it right, they knew!). 4 out of 5. I can't say 5 out of 5 because some places just talk past the sell.

I can only say that the environment is relatively quiet. However, the indoor hygiene is average, and the whole room and elevator are filled with the smell of cigarettes.
