It was writing free laundry but no laundry there. And we didn't found it around. And they can't really help you because they don't speak English.
And the room we booked was quite dusty but the girl at the reception was really nice. And she gave us another room.

酒店位置很好，工作人員阿姨和前台態度都很温柔，房間寬敞舒適，床品整潔，電腦遊戲網速流暢，很好的體驗，配置高。樓下小吃多逛解方便，價格優惠，性價比很高。

窗户小而且沒有窗簾，影響睡眠，好多地方積灰很厚，整個房間悶得很，🚽跟床是在一起的沒有隔斷，光調試個電視就調試了好久都不行，網卡的很，🈶️小蟲子，床上🈶️毛髮，不推薦

掛羊頭賣狗肉，説的是新酒店，其實就是旁邊阿里巴巴的房間，設施設備很舊，洗澡要好久好久才能有熱水，好不容易出來熱水就燙**，沒有基礎的一次性的拖鞋，礦泉水，肥皂等，可是簡介明明是有的，去要水説網站上寫錯了，該有的東西沒有，不該有的卻有，房間裏有也許是上個客人留下的驗孕棒，就離譜，好評應該是送禮物換來的

來蘇州玩定的酒店，下樓就是觀前街，吃飯很方便，走十幾分鍾就到平江路了，地鐵也近，房間漂亮，價格實惠，前台服務很好，衞生也很可以呀，設施很好，停車也方便，這次的蘇州之行很滿意！贊贊贊！
