Lovely hotel, the grounds were really nice and the staff helpful. It is a large complex so there were carts to take you around. We only ate the breakfast but it was quite good. Lots of fresh food and a good selection. The drinks option at the bar was poor though. They only had beer or tea, even though the menu offered many more things such as cocktails and soft drinks. It also took them over an hour to realise they didn’t have these available which spoiled the evening somewhat. We used the spa and the massage was fantastic and the service very good. We also used the hot springs which were nice- however the receptionist was very rude and condescending. The indoor hot spring was more of a kids play pool which spoiled the experience, especially as there was a regular pool next door which could have been used for this.

A very satisfying stay I chose to stay in a hotel to celebrate the New Year for my children, and I also wanted to give them a different experience. After booking the hotel, the housekeeper will send us directions and remind us what we need to bring. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade and the room was bright, clean and big. Breakfast was good, with a decent amount of choices. The play options for kids were really good - although it was very hot outside. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot spring area only opens at 2pm. It's frustrating waiting and disappointing to not have a final swim/relax in water on the check out day because you need to be out by 12. I hope the hotel can consider changing this. I do recommend the hotel for a few days getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.
