Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Suzhou

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

Nice hotel, location is fine too and many places to walk around by the hotel. Finding a place to eat, a pharmacy is easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful too👍👍

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

Before the Spring Festival, my family came to Suzhou to play, and came to Dongtaihu Lake in Wujiang District. The Hilton Garden Inn we stayed in left us with a great experience. When we stepped into the room, the cleanliness was amazing. The bed was clean and flat, the sheets and quilts were as white as snow and wrinkle-free, the bathroom was also clean and shiny, there was no odor, no dust in the corners, and the details were carefully considered. The service of the hotel is impeccable. The front desk guy who received me had a good attitude and good service. He patiently answered various questions and always smiled, which made people feel warm. The environment is very good, the whole city is very new and clean, and Dongtaihu Lake, Suzhou Bay Museum, and Grand Theater are not far away. It is also very convenient to drive to Suzhou City. For breakfast, the staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. There are rich and diverse Chinese and Western cuisines, soft bread, fresh fruits, coffee and milk, excellent hot dishes, and freshly made noodles and wontons to meet different tastes. For people who drive themselves, whether parking is convenient is very important. There are two floors under the parking lot of this hotel, which is very spacious, clearly marked, convenient parking, and free. There are charging stations in the parking lot for charging. This stay exceeded expectations in all aspects. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it is the right choice. Next time we come to Suzhou, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our relatives and friends without hesitation.

Traveling with parents, the hotel is in a good location, right in the Global Harbor Shopping Center, and there is a RT-Mart supermarket across the road. Parking is convenient, and the front desk Xiao Yu provided warm and thoughtful service during the stay. The elderly like the coffee in the room, which tastes very good. The bright colors of the room give people a lively feeling. The room is tidy and clean. The toothbrush in the room feels very good, including bath products, reflecting the quality of Hilton Garden Inn. The breakfast dishes are rich and taste good. Next time I come to Suzhou, I will choose this hotel to stay.

Because I was doing business nearby, I booked it on the spur of the moment. According to the map, it's about 15 minutes' walk from the subway station (Yuexi Station on Line 7). The intersections around it feel a bit desolate in the suburbs, so I was a little nervous about meeting a ”fake” 😭 I felt at ease as soon as I entered the lobby. As always, the tone of Hampton Inn: bright, simple and transparent The room is not big, but full of details. The various reminders in the room and public areas will be very reassuring for first-time guests. Although the setting of the gym is a simplified version, it also meets the basic exercise needs. The key is that it is arranged in a large sunny glass room, which is very considerate. ❤️The self-service laundry room has small bottles of washing and disinfecting liquid and sewing kits, and the washer and dryer is very powerful. Both areas are at least visually spotless 👍 After staying for four days, I found that the cost-effectiveness is still quite good for business trips or self-driving tours. There is a parking lot downstairs of the hotel, as well as a self-service car wash area. It is also very convenient to order takeout (Ele.me, Dingdong), and the robot will deliver it to the door in order. During breakfast time on weekends, I saw many families with children. No wonder there is a cotton candy machine in the lobby😄 We don’t have many opportunities to stay in Wuzhong District when we go to Suzhou, but if we go there again in the future, we will still choose Hampton by Hilton Shihu.

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Hangzhou before, and I had a much better experience this time. The hotel is newly renovated, there is no odor when I check in, the pillows are soft and hard, there are washing machines and dryers, robots, free parking, and the food in the restaurant is also pretty good. It is really convenient and comfortable to stay for two or three days in Shanghai. The other door of the hotel is on Guanqian Street, with many choices of snacks and meals. Next to it is Xuanmiao Temple, and there are Line 4 and Line 6 subways. It is only 600 to 700 meters to Yiyuan. If you want to visit the classic scenic spots in Suzhou, it only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi, which is very convenient. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and I feel at home and very satisfied
