It's my first time to check in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for arranging me a room in the middle with a lake view. I like the decoration style of the room and it is relatively large. In the evening, I tasted the buffet and ordered dishes from the Chinese restaurant. I felt that it still needs improvement. I was woken up by the heat at night, so I had no choice but to sleep in a bathrobe all night. I guess it was because the weather suddenly turned hot and the air conditioning system was not fully turned on. The service attitude of the service staff in several departments was quite considerate and enthusiastic. , I hope your hotel can be more considerate in details and customer satisfaction will be improved.

This was our first stay at the Kempinski. We chose the location as it was in the middle of places we wanted to visit. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to the tourist areas in Suzhou. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and very helpful when needed. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!!

I loved every minute of my stay at the Four Points. Fast and smooth check in, friendly attentive staff members at the front desk. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade with a lovely view l during peak season (National Holiday) at no extra charge. The hotel is near Moon Bay station 🚉 and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. I loved the magical views of Dashu Lake, so you can take a long stroll around the lake if you’d like. I highly recommend the hotel and its my go to when visiting Suzhou 💗

I have been choosing All Seasons and Atour for my recent travels. The chain hotels are as comfortable, clean and tidy as ever. I chose this All Seasons (Suzhou Dushu Lake Ecological Park Store) because it is relatively close to the Bense Art Museum where I want to go. This is a newly opened hotel. The advantage is that the facilities and services are relatively advanced. There are intelligent voice controls in the room, service robots, tea and coffee space in the lobby, fully equipped laundry room, and easy-to-use garment steamer. The hotel has just opened, but there is no smell. ; The disadvantage is that it is quite far from urban attractions and some specialty restaurants. Taxi rides cost 20-30 yuan or more, and the subway (the hotel is 10 minutes away from the nearest station) takes 40-50 minutes; the hot water machine in the lobby is not easy to operate; I I stayed in the lobby and gym for an hour. There were no books to read and a few mosquitoes flew freely. The washbasin in some rooms had a bad smell. The front desk staff provided standard services and were more than enthusiastic but not warm enough. The location was a bit remote and the price of more than 400 yuan was not cost-effective. Considered high. Although a complimentary breakfast was provided, I didn't eat it because I looked at it as clean and simple. Overall, if you accept the location, I recommend staying here.
