I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Excellent as always. The only thing I didn't love was that a staff member rings the bell to offer turn down service every night, even when this has previously been declined. Does anyone actually want or need this? It would be great to be able to opt out of these unnecessary interruptions at check-in.

My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

The underground garage does not pass to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. 2. I came to run the Golden Marathon with my friends. When we checked in, the staff was very considerate and thoughtful and told us how to get to the bag collection office and how to get to the starting point of the race. I also met many runners here. During the holiday, I went to Suzhou Jinji Lake for a holiday and stayed at Anlu Resort Hotel for the first time. The impression is that the hotel is in a good location, located on the side of Ligongdi Road, backed by Jinji Lake. The front desk service was also good. After the check-in procedure, take us to the room. Our twin room is free to upgrade to the queen room. Although this queen bed is also made of two small beds. Hotel facilities are old but clean. There is no discomfort to stay. But the hotel TV has no cable network signal, and the only few central stations are also snowflakes, and they can't watch at all. Calling the service staff can't solve the problem. It is said that there is no way for these programs to be speechless. Breakfast is relatively simple, full but not rich, and the taste is average. The parking space is small, but fortunately, I came early and I didn't encounter any problems with parking. For example, during the peak hours of the program, parking is also a troublesome thing if you come late. As a price of more than 700 yuan a night, the price/performance ratio is still a bit worse.
