My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

Excellent as always. The only thing I didn't love was that a staff member rings the bell to offer turn down service every night, even when this has previously been declined. Does anyone actually want or need this? It would be great to be able to opt out of these unnecessary interruptions at check-in.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Thank you!

Cheap price Secondly, I would like to make a suggestion, is it possible to have a teapot and teacup in the room, so that it can match the name of your store? I don’t know if I missed it, so I could only use the wash cup as a tea cup, but it didn’t matter. When I checked out, the hotel lobby would thoughtfully ask if I needed to drink from the water. Finally, I just want to say, see you at the 2025 Jinji Lake Half Marathon (I hope the price will not increase~)

During the holiday, I went to Suzhou Jinji Lake for a holiday and stayed at Anlu Resort Hotel for the first time. The impression is that the hotel is in a good location, located on the side of Ligongdi Road, backed by Jinji Lake. The front desk service was also good. There is no discomfort to stay. But the hotel TV has no cable network signal, and the only few central stations are also snowflakes, and they can't watch at all. Calling the service staff can't solve the problem. It is said that there is no way for these programs to be speechless. Breakfast is relatively simple, full but not rich, and the taste is average. The parking space is small, but fortunately, I came early and I didn't encounter any problems with parking. For example, during the peak hours of the program, parking is also a troublesome thing if you come late. As a price of more than 700 yuan a night, the price/performance ratio is still a bit worse.

Location is perfect, in the ceneter of city close to the river and beautiful area. Many luxery houses and school next to the hotel. I also liked a service, hotel workers were kind. What i didn't like: Breakfast is not super. I didn't like a room, it was dirty when we arrived, a smell of cigarettes, cigarette ash in the bathroom. You can hear everything that happens in the next room, literally holding a candle all night for one couple.
