We chose to stay on the anniversary day. The room was decorated with welcome fruits and handwritten cards in advance. The unexpected surprise was touching. Banyan Tree Group has always been very good at making desserts. The coconut desserts given as gifts are very delicious. Thank you to the duty manager and restaurant colleagues on that day. The innermost layer of the coconut is drinkable coconut milk, the second to last layer (chocolate is used to hold coconut milk), the third to last layer is coconut and pandan mousse and a thin sponge cake, and the outermost layer is coconut made of white chocolate. The hotel's GYM is also surprisingly good, with complete facilities. There is even a separate yoga room with new yoga balls and floor mats! I also participated in several experience activities during my two-day stay, which were also well received. The breakfast is not as high as that of Banyan Tree Group. There are not many choices for breakfast for two consecutive days, and there are no particularly outstanding dishes. It can only be said that it can fill the stomach. What's more surprising is that even Banyan Tree's classic freshly squeezed juice and omelette, which are freshly made dishes, are not available, which is really disappointing. Although the experience on the first day was a little unpleasant (mainly because the service experience provided by the concierge and housekeeping staff was too poor), the manager on duty immediately contacted us by phone to apologize and offered other compensation benefits. His attitude in solving the problem was very good.
