Suwon Paldal-gu Hotels

Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

I booked a place to stay in Suwon, which is a stopover for my trip! Since I was planning to mainly eat, I looked for a place where I could exercise, and the location was perfect for me, Inje-dong, and transportation was convenient. Above all, it was close to the terminal, and I thought it would be cost-effective, so I made a reservation and looked for reviews! However, my feelings were mixed! So I was a little worried, but I went there first, and they kindly took care of my luggage before checking in, and they were so kind and helpful when I checked in, which was great! However, since I was staying for one night, the room condition was the most important thing! I was so satisfied!!! And the bathroom... The water didn't drain right away when I showered, so the floor was slippery, but I was fine! And most of all, the gym was open 24 hours, so I was very satisfied, and I was able to exercise a little, so I was satisfied!! I also liked that there were many things to do nearby, so I plan to use it again if I come to Suwon again!

The hotel was very comfortable. The service was excellent and the front desk was really helpful. The location is very convenient and close to the subway and bus stops. You can travel to the fortress and see the cherry blossoms in Spring.

Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

Nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. The pool area is also nice but be careful in bad weather. The breakfast is standard for the price but had a reasonable variety.

Great hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. A short ride away from Suwon train station and right in the middle of a shopping and restaurant area - great range of choices to eat and drink. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic location, with public transport (buses and subway) right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and the service was absolutely wonderful!

Living in the side room, the space is large, the scenery is very good, and you can see the beautiful snow scenery. It is very convenient to wirelessly project a laptop to a 50-inch TV. The robes are very practical and they also have Decca coffee.

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Very well equiped well with all the neccessity provided. There is a convenience store right beside the hotel. Only setback is the room size is pretty small. However staffs and receptionist were extremely friendly.
