"I booked it because it was the most comfortable, discounted, and had the best conditions among the accommodations I was planning to go to, including distance from the station, free parking, OTT, and double bed with free cancellation. The room was spacious and brighter than I thought (since many reviews said it was dark), so I really liked the condition. Unlike hotels where amenities are a set for one person, the common detergent and the rest are purchased at the front desk for a fee, so it didn't feel luxurious, but the bathroom was clean and the overall interior was not too excessive, which was nice. The air conditioning worked well, but the heating didn't seem to work well, so it was a bit cold at night. I asked them not to give me the last room, but it was a pity that it was the last room. It was still a high floor. It was just a small city view, but it's better than being blocked? But I don't know why there was a laptop. The internet connection was not good and it was so slow that I couldn't even do basic tasks. The staff were kind and when I called the number listed when they weren't there, they answered in a flash. The check-in and check-out times were reasonable, which was nice. Ah. This may be inevitable, but the fridge is too narrow… The compartments on the door overlap each other, so there’s no room to put anything else in. It would also be nice to have multiple lights so you can control them in various ways."

"I booked a place to stay in Suwon, which is a stopover for my trip! Since I was planning to mainly eat, I looked for a place where I could exercise, and the location was perfect for me, Inje-dong, and transportation was convenient. Above all, it was close to the terminal, and I thought it would be cost-effective, so I made a reservation and looked for reviews! However, my feelings were mixed! So I was a little worried, but I went there first, and they kindly took care of my luggage before checking in, and they were so kind and helpful when I checked in, which was great! However, since I was staying for one night, the room condition was the most important thing! I was so satisfied!!! And the bathroom... The water didn't drain right away when I showered, so the floor was slippery, but I was fine! And most of all, the gym was open 24 hours, so I was very satisfied, and I was able to exercise a little, so I was satisfied!! I also liked that there were many things to do nearby, so I plan to use it again if I come to Suwon again!"

"Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!"

"Quite a distance to walk from the nearest subway station, and the road there was not the smoothest...with many constructions ongoing. But the room was quite big. Toiletries, one floor towel, one standard sized bath towel, and four smaller bath towels were provided."

"Great hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. A short ride away from Suwon train station and right in the middle of a shopping and restaurant area - great range of choices to eat and drink. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again."
