Location is great for right outside the train station. Ingye-dong is a quick walk. There isn’t a lot of restaurants immediately outside of hotel. Staff was great and room was clean. It was lacking wall plugs though. Big plus for the pop corn machine in the lobby.

Overall it was not good After making the reservation, the hotel initially asked for more than the reservation amount, and when I told them the reservation amount, they said they would confirm it and made me wait for about 5 minutes. It was really bad.

I booked this hotel for my son and his girlfriend. They liked everything, especially the popcorn in the lobby. The window in the room was closed and due to the lack of sunlight it was difficult to tell whether it was day or night (especially after a long flight due to the time difference). Once they were able to open the window, everything was great! Check-in at the hotel is from 17, but they were checked in immediately upon arrival, at 12.

It's very dark inside the hotel, and the smell of cigarettes is persistent, probably because it's dormitory season, so keep this in mind when staying with family. It has a lot of a motel feel.

Good service attitude, clean and hygienic, comfortable stay, will go again next time

The room facilities were also clean and comfortable.

This is a very good hotel for quiet and relaxation.
