We stayed here as a family of three (mother and two daughters).
We were greeted politely when we arrived at the parking lot by car.
The food was also very delicious. The portions were just right for the women, but perhaps not enough for the men.
The room and bedding were clean, and all the staff were kind, so we didn't have any unpleasant experiences or inconveniences during our stay.
It was an inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Suwa.

Extremely satisfying hotel.
In the area of Shanghai, this hot spring hotel is considered one of the highest.
First of all, the environment of the independent small courtyard is very elegant, and all 8 rooms are facing the beautiful lake view, especially the beautiful scenery under the sunset, which is really pleasing to the eye.
Secondly, the room is not only large, but also has a separate hot spring pool. Everything in the room is fine, and it is no problem to come here empty-handed. Toiletries, razors, various skin care and hair products, all have. You can also go to the mixed bath hot springs on the top floor of the 6th floor. The idea here is very chic, when entering the hot spring, men and women must wear a special clothes, similar to swimsuits.
Again, each room has a separate dining room, and walk past it for three seconds.
Then there is a local bar on the ground floor that offers locally produced sake.
Finally, walking across the small road is to visit the lake, and you can walk to the station in 8 minutes, which is really convenient. There are many restaurants around, no need to worry.
I'm not a smoker so I requested a non-smoking room, but there were none available so I ended up in a smoking room. As expected, the smell permeated the room.
It was disappointing that there wasn't a single bottle of water in the fridge and the air purifier was rattling noisily, probably because it was broken.
Everyone at the front desk was cheerful and polite!
Thank you very much.
This is the most comfortable and fragrant night of self-driving sleep on the 7th in Japan. The pillows are suitable for the height, the quilt is comfortable, and the meal is very delicate. My mother likes it very much.
The phone number of the hotel building 1 and 2 uses the same phone number. Therefore going to the wrong place Because of using the phone number to press the navigation with GPS, the hotel has a parking lot, the hotel service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, there is a Public baht on the 1st floor.
I used it on a business trip.
Located near Suwa interchange on Chuo Road.
The room is clean and the size is perfect.
There is also a loft bed.
The windows of the rooms can be opened a little and ventilated.
It’s very close to JR Kamosuwa Station, about a five-minute walk
It's also very close to the lakeside park, about a five-minute walk
The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The yukatas in the rooms are also nice. Japanese-style rooms on high floors should be more comfortable.
The large bath is on the third floor. There is an open-air hot spring. After soaking, you can drink the local specialty fruit forest liquid.
Breakfast is in the form of a set meal plus a small amount of buffet. The variety is very rich, very Japanese
During this stay, it was found that the residents were mainly Japanese elderly people, and no foreign tourists were seen at all.
The annex building is an old building and the rooms are older, but you can use the bathhouse on the 14th floor of the main building. The entire Suwa Lake comes into view, so beautiful and enjoyable. In addition, Shadian has several shuttles to the station, so you don’t need to drag your luggage when you leave in the morning.

GGuest UserLake Suwa is right there and 、 walk is fun
GGuest UserA great hot spring hotel with excellent service. There is a Chinese-speaking waiter at the front desk. The details in the hotel room are very good. It costs about 2,000 yen to take a taxi to Tateishi Park. The scenery is beautiful. The breakfast and dinner included in the package are superb. Great, very authentic and exquisite. I will stay there again next time. It’s a great hotel experience. The transportation is also very convenient. When you get off the station, walk straight ahead on the left and then turn left. Follow the navigation and walk a few hundred meters. It’s highly recommended. 💯
WWinWin 小豆The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Suwa. Because we wanted to watch the fireworks at night in August, we booked a room with a view of Lake Suwa this time and sat on the terrace to watch the fireworks. The room is very large. There is a sofa and changing shoes at the entrance. Then you enter the room through the large entrance. On the right side is the sink, toilet and separate wet and dry shower facilities on the other side. In addition, there is a hot spring bath in the next building (the men's and women's baths are switched in the morning and evening). The breakfast buffet has many choices, including fresh honeydew melon and cantaloupe. The hotel also has a viewing rooftop where guests can watch fireworks in the evening and sit in a hammock in the morning to enjoy the scenery. Across the road is the shore of Lake Suwa. You can go out for a walk if you have time after breakfast. The environment is very comfortable and beautiful.
GGuest UserThe building itself is old, so there are some problems with the facilities, but the staff are friendly and the location of the building is great. I go out on my bicycle from the hotel and spend time with my family around Lake Suwa. The breakfast was also very clean and satisfying.
GGuest UserThe location is very good. It is two or three minutes away from the station. Although the waiters do not understand English, they try their best to communicate. There is no separate bathroom in the room, but there is a wash basin to wash your face and brush your teeth. The hot spring water does not seem to be a real hot spring. There is no sulphur smell. When you take a bath. There are many Chinese and English menus in the restaurants there. The waiters don't know how to speak English. They have pictures to see pictures, no pictures, and what to eat next to the Japanese.
