The room was large and we could see the suwa lake. The beddings were prepared by staffs and breakfast was also good. We could also enjoy the onsen downstairs. Also they let us check out an hour later. Perfect experience

Hahaha, why is there no cost-effective option for food and drink? Actually, I really want to give it a low score because the CP value is too low. The food is so-so, it’s really not that delicious, and the price is not cheap. Maybe Lake Suwa is not far enough from Tokyo? Try to avoid it next time. Lack of privacy and far from the lake

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from Kamisuwa JR Station, which is convenient and quiet. The room is large, dry and wet are separated. You can see Lake Suwa outside the window, but it's somewhat obscured by the building in front. The Japanese food for dinner was very rich, and the hot springs have several baths with different functions. Overall it was a good stay experience.

I was on a business trip and didn't take a hot spring bath. The air conditioner was humming all night and I didn't sleep well. It might be too old. But the room has a beautiful view and is close to the station.
