Good location next to Lake Suwa, and great bath facilities.

This hotel really needs a good review. It is so satisfying. After playing Tateyama Kurobe, we stopped at Kamisuwa in Nagano on the way back to Tokyo. Lake Suwa is the holy place of your name. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the station, but the road is not difficult to walk. Just follow the navigation. The hotel room can see the lake. The location is very good. The hotel is facing the lakeside park and geyser. The hotel is a traditional hot spring hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is a special person to take the room and introduce the whole hotel. It is a very good experience. There is a Japanese customer service at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese. He is warm and polite. He also helped us to arrange a taxi to Shiraishi Park. The hotel has indoor pools and outdoor pools. There are very few people. The hot spring is a rare amber spring. It is so comfortable to soak. I ordered dinner. The dinner was amazing and Japanese. In short, I was very happy to choose this hot spring hotel at that time. I will definitely stay there next time. Check in the hometown of Shinkai City.

The hotel is located next to the Zhubai Hotel, facing Lake Suwa, and adjacent to Katakurakan. The hotel is an old hotel with good service. When we checked in, there was a Japanese waiter who knew some Chinese, which was very convenient. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were good. The hot spring was not too big, but fortunately not many people went there. Maybe the hotel is too old, and the hot spring facilities are a bit old, and the experience is not very good.

By chance, I stayed at this hotel again seven years later. No wonder I felt very familiar when I walked in. I went back and looked through old photos and realized it was the same hotel. It can be said that Ctrip’s previous reviews have been deleted. It’s a good hotel and very cost-effective. Highly recommended.

일단 가미스와와 역 도보 8분 정도 거리인 가까운 위치에 있으며, 무엇보다 스와 호수가 바로 앞이어서 경치가 좋았습니다! 저녁, 조식 모두 나쁘지 않았으며~ 내부 시설(온천 등)도 만족스러워 잘 쉬었다가 갑니다!

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was clean and the hot spring water was soft and made my skin smooth. We also visited the large bathroom downstairs, which was spacious and had nice spring water. Dinner was prepared in a separate private room. Again, this was a nice Japanese-style room with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was very tasty from the starters and I felt happy. And the staff were very helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. She saw me off when I left, and at that point she pointed to the roof of the hotel and said, "Look. I looked at the roof and saw a real heron perched on it. And when we got in the car and started driving away, the heron flew away too. That was the last service at the Saginoyu(Heron’s Bath).

We visited as a family of three with a preschool child. We arrived late at night as a stopover on our way to Hakuba and left early in the morning, so our stay was short, but it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were all very kind and provided pleasant service. The room felt old, but it was well-cleaned and we had no inconveniences. The bath wasn't that big, but it was empty so we were able to enjoy it without any inconvenience. The quince juice we had after the bath was very delicious.
