Suva Motor Inn

Perfect location in Suva. First room I stayed in was dated but they moved me to a better room once I complained about the mould smell from the air con. Ask for rooms like 110 that have been renovated. Staff are friendly even if sometimes not as attentive looking at their phones rather than giving full attention on customers. Didn't try the cafe nor the pool but it looked interesting.
Victoria Palms Hotel

Very nice comfy beds with nice pillows. Clean rooms with ac and king size beds. Very friendly staff and manager and feels very welcoming to be there. Nice location and very close to the city. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.
Peninsula International Hotel

Got a standard room with double bed. It's good for a person, might get a little congested with two. Had some issues with getting the correct water temperature in the shower. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided in the room. Room has a TV with a few channels and air conditioning. Safe is available in the room to keep your valuables and i got a nice view from ny room. The room looked a bit old but overall its alright, you get what you paid for. Would advise to book during specials (i went during the $99 local special deal) Customer service was very nice. Hotel has a shop and restaurant (Hillcrest), swimming pool, bar and lounge area Breakfast wasn't included with the room but for an additional $15fjd you get fruits , tea/ coffee/ juice, Weetbix/Cornflakes, toast with jam and butter for breakfast
Tagimoucia House Hotel
3/548 Reviews
We stayed at Tagimoucia house/Suva for 3 days. Our room was clean, the matrass was firm, sheets clean. The room was a little on the small side, we did hear our neighbours. Its not a top end hotel. Staff were friendly and helpfull Akosita speaks very good English. We enjoyed our visit to Suva, a lot of tourists dont visit which is a good thing and makes it unspoiled. We had 1 afternoon+night of heavy rain. Tagimoucia is not in the city centre a taxi costs 9 or 10 FJD one way. We visited the Fiji museum interesting hx and artfacts, poorly displayed (nice skull+couple f femurs). Beautiful mix of Pacific people in Suva. Food Indian curries, yum. Drinks at top dog bar+eatery warm welcome from Izzy.
