The hotel is nearby the airport, clean, convenient and with good facilities

The chain brand hotel is simple and clean, with good space and equipment. It is also close to the train station and the same street, making it convenient for shopping and going to other places. It is a hotel worth recommending.

This hotel does not have toiletries, toothbrush and slippers are not provided, you have to buy them separately. We ended up going out for a 10 minute walk for takeaway. There are unknown body hairs on the sheets, but they don’t belong to us. We found out before we lay down and lifted the quilt. It really affects the feeling of staying. This should be the worst hotel experience we’ve ever stayed in so far. up. This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

The location is convenient, you need to take the card twice to get on the room, and the safety is good.

Lovely hotel & good location very close to the town centre. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. A great stay.

Nobody to greet us, forced to use self check in, found dirty sanitary pad under bed, staff didn’t apologise, food terrible quality for money.

Massive queue to check in, the self checking didn't recognise booking number but after queuing for ages the reception computer did... The bed was so uncomfortable I still have a bad back a week later the TV had a 4 pin lock on it, manager refused to give out, WiFi was absolutely waste of money never staying in a Premier inn again

I stayed at the hotel and left brand new airforce trainers and they were stolen by staff when I went back to reclaim after checking out

Very welcoming, clean room and a comfy bed. Food was excellent. Value for money. Will be booking again
