This hotel does not have toiletries, toothbrush and slippers are not provided, you have to buy them separately. We ended up going out for a 10 minute walk for takeaway.
There are unknown body hairs on the sheets, but they don’t belong to us. We found out before we lay down and lifted the quilt. It really affects the feeling of staying. This should be the worst hotel experience we’ve ever stayed in so far. up.
This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

The hotel is relatively new, conveniently located near Sutton railway station and close to a shopping district. The hotel is clean and well-appointed. Rooms are clean and nice with comfortable beds and pillows. However, the highlight of our stay was the front desk staff and especially Jorge who was very welcoming and really seemed to care. I will mention just this: My wife is a light sleeper and whenever she mentions that to receptionists during our stays at hotels, we are seldom given an appropriate room (and believe me, we travel a lot). But Jorge is the exception, he took into account what she said and gave us a truly quiet room. Also, he helped us throughout our stay, providing us with useful information about transport and entertainment options in the area. Overall, this was a very nice stay and we will certainly return.

The rooms and passage/corridors were actually smelly. The cleaners are definitely doing a horrible job.
