Food was not nice at all, we arrived at breakfast day two 9:45am and we were told hot breakfast was closed even breakfast was not meant to finish until 10am

A true oasis in suburban Birmingham. Incredible period building, the best gardens of any hotel we have visited and genuinely lovely staff.

Beautiful grounds, the building is hundreds of years old but beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless, room was a very good size. Great value as well. Definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this hotel, super value for the money, the staff were really nice and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to watch Aston Villa. A taxi ride is 15 mins from the hotel to the stadium and cost £25.
