A very beautiful place, discrete and nice personnel and the food for dinner was overall good. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that they should add more options to the menu. A thank you to the chef for the fruits he gave us at the end of the dinner. An ideal place for receptions as we saw they were preparing for one

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms are small but modern and very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was polite and attentive. The hotel was not crowded during our stay as it is October so we had the place to ourselves. Very relaxing and quiet location with beautiful views. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel if you are in the area.

We knew the Antico Borgo di Sutri as a very nice hotel, a beautiful wedding location and a good restaurant. The renovated the restaurant recently and apparently have a new chef, who transformed the cuisine a major step upwards. The quality and presentation of the Amuse Bouches compete already with many Michelin starred restaurants. It went on with an interpretation of Vitello Tonnato, two spectacular “primi” (one containing tortelli with a liquid Parmesan core – which is difficult to make) and an excellent lamb under a crunchy crest. A pre-dessert again presented in style of a Michelin star and an incredible dessert in a superb balance of sweet, slightly salty and crunchy elements concluded a remarkable dinner. Not to forget the Petit Fours, which were almost a little "after dessert".The wine list is very interesting and– we should not say this too loud – very moderately calculated. In an area not overly rich in really good restaurants, this is truly a shining star

My second visit to this charming Country House They have updated the rooms and they are even better The comunal spaces are immaculately cared for The service is extremely polite and attentive Perfect weekend retreat minutes to the charming old hamlet of Sutri

Very nice and clean location immersed in the green. Quality breakfast although with little salty proposal. We decided to visit the hotel on the weekend of Ferragosto and to our surprise the kitchen of the structure was not available, therefore for any meal we were forced to go out. Also, the bathroom in the room that we had (109) expelled water from the cistern and they could not fix it (we expected a solution). Lack of activities proposed by the structure, they could take much more advantage of the village and the environment. Very polite and professional staff.

Gorgeous room with whirlpool tub next to the bed. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant of the highest level. All excellent! Our romantic weeke end was enlivened by a very pleasant horse ride. Although the Cavallaro arrived with a considerable and annoying delay, the hotel owner and his wife worked hard to alleviate our wait. Enchanting place, of great taste and wise management. Highly recommended.

We stayed with a group of friends in this delightful hotel to spend the New Year together. It is located immediately after Sutri, in a quiet position surrounded by greenery. Very kind owner and staff, not very large rooms, prestigious lounge, excellent food. Super New Year's Eve dinner, many courses presented in an original and very good way. Pleasant piano bar for a cheerful evening without being chaotic. The place is ideal for touring the Tuscia. Highly recommended.

We stayed only one night in this structure ... too bad. It is a small oasis of relaxation and greenery, near Rome. Professional and welcoming welcome (the guy who welcomed us at the reception was really good). Standard room but with all the comforts and with an enchanting view. A great rest on a super mattress. I appreciated the breakfast in every aspect: from the smile of the dining room staff, from the tables in the garden, from the variety and goodness of the desserts. The solution of also having mignon portions is excellent. I highly recommend stopping by.
