Perfect home for a family vacation! Close to Lewes, Broadkill Beach, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth and more. The development has access to Red Mill Pond for fishing, boating and kayaking. Large, private, above ground pool available in season and patio with firepit. ** Please note we prefer 3 night minimum off season and 6 night in season. If you need other accommodations, we would be glad to consider. Pets also welcome on a case by case basis. Looking for a quiet vacation spot large enough for the whole family? Look no further. Our home is conveniently located between Broadkill and Lewes beaches and about 10 miles to Cape Helopen or Rehoboth boardwalk. Inside space - Our home includes a living room and large family room (with gas fireplace) for gathering, 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) as well as a flex room that serves as a remote work space or extra bedroom (with a full-sized pull out couch). There are two additional pull out sofas (living room and family room) if needed. There are three full baths with the master bath boasting a jetted tub. Outside space - Step outside to grill and eat on the deck or move down to the patio and enjoy the firepit and above ground pool (in season). The backyard is fenced for your convenience and the large driveway accommodates several cars and boats. Speaking of boats, the development has boat ramp access to Red Mill Pond. It is perfect for fishing or kayaking as well (2 kayaks are available for use). Local amenities include Dogfish Head Brewery, Rookery Golf Club, bike trails, many excellent restaurants, Tangier outlets, and lots of opportunities for nature or birding if you enjoy that.
