Stayed on 4th of August 2023 with my sister. Staff are helpful, room is clean, breakfast is OK, price is reasonable. The only prblem was the AC, it was not sufficient for the room, it took so long to cool the room. It looks like the AC is old but even in this situation the staff were helpful. They told us that if we told them that we will come to the hotel, they would have turned on the AC to cool the room for us. i recommend it.

The location is very nice. They have friendly and caring staff. We thank them all for their interest and concern. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was sufficient and varied. The hotel we stay at every time we come to Elazığ. We did not regret even once. Go without hesitation.

I prefer Ramada hotels in the provinces I visit for my job. Elazığ Ramada is centrally located, clean and spacious rooms, numerically the company's discounted prices are quite affordable, the quality of the breakfast appeals to every taste, I recommend it..

I congratulate the management and the team for their successful work. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean. It is in an easy-to-reach location in the city center. The newly built spa and fitness center is a very beautiful and high-quality place.

It is the worst hotel in every sense among the hotels I stayed in during my business trip. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite inadequate, from the indifference of the staff to the dirty rooms.

The managers of this place urgently need to be changed in various places. It would be better if they are experienced.. This place is currently only making money from its name, but to what extent.. food, shower, tea, spa section, toiletries, towels, parking lot, general staff's determination to work... until we understand.

It can be called a price performance hotel. Unfortunately it needs renovation. The staff is friendly and fast. There is a cafe/bar style place at the entrance where you can stop by to relax. It can be preferred with peace of mind for business trips.

I stayed for 3 nights. Even though I stayed in separate rooms, there was no hot water or water coming from the shower heads. Your pillows are high. Even though I requested a large pillow, the same pillow was delivered. The blow dryer was defective. Even though I requested a new one, the same blow dryer arrived, which did not work very well. I could not sleep comfortably at all. I will never stay again.
