We stayed here twice in July and August 2020 as a stopover on our way to Italy. The hotel is conveniently located at the Raststaette Neuenkirch. The noise of the highway is not troubling, especially not in the rooms located at the backside of the hotel. The rooms have no airconditioning, but a ventilator is provided and it is possible to open the windows, although not completely. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpfull. Views from around the hotel show mountains and countryside. Within a few kilometers, there is the Sempachersee which provided us with a refreshing swim after a long day of car travelling. The breakfast was fine. The price was fine in comparison with other hotels in Switzerland.

Very, very good hotel! All staff is super helpful and friendly, from the purt ladies to the reception. If you miss breakfast, they put a lunch bag ready! I have never experienced that in another hotel. Rooms are clean and modernly furnished. 24/7 Free coffee and water and a small snack bar in the breakfast room. And as if it's not enough - the parking space in the deep garage is also free! 5/5 come back next year :) Thank you.

Self-check-in und doch nicht alleine. Super Konzept. Wir haben falsch gebucht und waren zum falschen Tag angekommen. Der Koch war vor Ort und hat uns geholfen. Ansonsten wäre jederzeit jemand per TEL erreichbar. Funktionelle, saubere Zimmer. Abendessen mit Einfacher kleiner Karte, die jedoch für jeden Geschmack, was drauf hat. Gutes, frisches Essen mit schöner Weinauswahl und ausgezeichnetem herzlichem und raschem Service. Frühstück gut.
