Very, very good hotel! All staff is super helpful and friendly, from the purt ladies to the reception. If you miss breakfast, they put a lunch bag ready! I have never experienced that in another hotel. Rooms are clean and modernly furnished. 24/7 Free coffee and water and a small snack bar in the breakfast room. And as if it's not enough - the parking space in the deep garage is also free! 5/5 come back next year :) Thank you.

Self-check-in und doch nicht alleine. Super Konzept. Wir haben falsch gebucht und waren zum falschen Tag angekommen. Der Koch war vor Ort und hat uns geholfen. Ansonsten wäre jederzeit jemand per TEL erreichbar. Funktionelle, saubere Zimmer. Abendessen mit Einfacher kleiner Karte, die jedoch für jeden Geschmack, was drauf hat. Gutes, frisches Essen mit schöner Weinauswahl und ausgezeichnetem herzlichem und raschem Service. Frühstück gut.

The breakfast is in place, and everything should be there. It's definitely good to be full. The scenery is really beautiful. Excellent value for money. A 50-year old store that has been passed down by the family for generations, it is warm and comfortable. It's 16 degrees cool in the mountains. The dinner was especially good and the price was very reasonable, which overturned my impression of Switzerland being stupid and expensive. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained, and there is a little noise when walking on the real wooden floor. There is a parking lot, so parking is very convenient.

The Staff was very friendly, one of them was Kevin (I Think), and also two other ladies also on the desk was very helpful in guiding us regarding our travel. We stayed for 3 days and the whole concept of the Hotel was different. We had an infant with us and wanted to change the room we were allotted and they readily agreed and luckily they had one bigger room with king size bed to accommodate them. The breakfast was regular and most importantly the staff being very nice and helpful, which has made an impression on us as this was the first time we traveled to this city. For the amount you pay for this Hotel in Lucerne, it's certainly very cheap for the services you get. It's based on a Theme so most of the rooms have bunker beds so even children would love it. Not much space inside the room or shelves to keep stuff. But then its a budget Hotel. Would stay again if I visit this city again. Its 8 minutes walk from the Station.

We absolutely adored our time at this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it, especially due to the cheaper price in comparison to other hotels in Lucerne. We stayed in room 311, and it was exactly like the photos and what we expected. Very clean and staff are really nice (they even gave us a little lucky stone on check out!) Breakfast was open from 6 am till 10 am, which was perfect for us as we had to get up earlier for our flight home. It consisted of scrambled egg, bacon, and sausages, as well as having a range of cereals such as cornflakes and bread with a toaster. Plenty of drinks - orange juice and apple juice - as well as a range of hot drinks. WiFi was also great and worked well however, we did have to reconnect each time we left the hotel and came back, but this wasn't an issue for us. This was the perfect stay for us for our 4 nights in Switzerland as we used Lucerne as a base city whilst exploring other places that were all a train journey away. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and maybe around 10 minutes or a bit less depending on how fast you walk from the main shopping strip. Only problem I had was I found it difficult to wash my hair as there was no moveable shower head to get the shampoo out my hair😂 other than that everything was perfect and we loved our stay in Switzerland!🥰

I really was looking just somewhere to sleep over night. I was out all day from 8am till late. For those hours there is no good transport getting to or leaving the Hotel. Everything was amazing. Very clean. The room had no air-con, so it was very hot. There was a fun. The cows are just outside and their bells are making noises all night. The fruit and vegetable van arrived at about 8am again just outside my room and making delivering noises again. Perhaps the hotel should supply some ear plugs.
