Issue with hotel. Rooms are filthy smelly, there is some used needles in the bathroom!! Which i reckon is for *********, i feel unsafe to stay even for a night. Would you pls kindly refund us for the following matt. Because we saw the counter was dirty after we self-checked in, we left afterwards

預訂的時候寫的有窗結果分到的是無窗的房間。房間隔音很差，周圍幾個房間的人交談聽的很清楚，吵得睡不着覺。樓梯有人上下時的動靜也非常大。Wi-Fi網絡很不穩定，大部分時候都連不上，非常難用。
