Petchkasem Grand Hotel

The first step to walk in grandiose (We arrived at the hotel and checked in at around 6 p.m.) ..When I got to the lobby Tell the staff member, "Check in. Reserved through Trip." The staff member only asks for your name. And then you have to wait a very long time. I searched for a lot of information. It took 20 minutes to get a room (2nd floor, room 212). 🔒Go up to the room. The key card can't open the room!! Come back down again. The staff asked me to change to a new room (Room 210). ⚠️ Enter the room. The first touch is a musty smell. Even though it looks like new ✔️There is a small refrigerator to hold 2 bottles of water. The air conditioner is cool and works well. TV can be viewed normally. The shower has good water distribution. Warm water is warm and works well. ❗️The mattress is quite hard. Move just a little and there's always a loud noise. ❌️ But what is most unacceptable is The toilet flushes. Sitting and rocking like you're not strong And no matter how heavy or light the shooting is, To flush the toilet means it flows out of the base of the toilet. There is no cement grout!! ❌️Swimming pool has no water!! Because it's being renovated But the room was sold without giving clear notice. I feel bad about this too. Because my daughter intends to go play in the water. So I'm looking to reserve a hotel with a swimming pool. ☑️ No breakfast. This is understandable at this price. But you have to wake up early in the morning. Because there are employees pushing carts with lots of crockery. The sound of cups and dishes hitting echoed from downstairs. (Think about how loud it is.) Very deafening. Noisy with not enough bottom Another noise coming from above. Because the hotel is being renovated. So I took the family to get up and take a shower and get dressed. Check out from 8 a.m. **And this is direct experience. In coming to stay I understand that the hotel is being renovated. But if you're not ready to provide 100% full service, then the renovation will officially be closed. Don't open it for customers to stay. It's a bad feeling.
