Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, Surfside, Florida

Chosen by Ferrari to host their Corso Pilota Sport event. The stupid upgrade was worth the money and the room was amazing. Special requests through the in house app were always full quickly and professionally. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

This review is for the Restaurant The Sur Club. Being a huge fan of Thomas Keller, I wanted to try this restaurant in The Four Seasons Hotel . We were greeted immediately and escorted to our table. We did not like the location of the table, it was a booth . We requested a table with 4 chairs. They immediately took us to another table which was much nicer. The maitre D immediately came, introduced himself and they gave us the menu. We Sommelier was very knowledgable. We started off with Champagne and then moved on to an amazing wine, which was recommended to us. We tried a lot of appetizers family style, to sample as much as we can. I can honestly say each one was better than the other, the fois gras was the top winner. As an entree I split the Dover sole, which was excellent. The bottom line is this restaurant has delicious food, without foreign and weird ingredients. Everything was done to perfection. the service was not stuffy but very professional. I can't wait to go back. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

It’s a shame that regular followers of Thomas Keller have to be treated with no customer service by the rudest maitre d ever experienced, his reputation certainly is not high in the Bal Harbour area for customer service, Please make sure a note to the general manager that you could provide better customer service, this restaurant certainly deserves and that your maitre d treats ALL equally

Karma Munnar Hotel is at the best location in Munnar.We stayed at the hotel for four Nights.Got full support from all the hotel staff members Mala Mam, both Bivin Sir, Saravanan, Asmina, Jinu etc. The cleaning staff took full care of cleanliness our room. Activity coordinator and receptionist Mala ma'am entertained all the members and their children daily through interesting programmes.Restaurant manager Sarwnan took special care of the food.

We arrived for Xmas/Hanukkah week. The hotel is stunning. The service is flawless. Pools for families, children, and adults only. The beach is a very short walk. The pool menu is wonderful and the food is fabulous. All the lobby appointments are stunning. The 2 shops are unique. If you want more Bal Harbour Shops are 5 minutes away. Fabulous! My only disappointment was for $2800/night my room was city facing, across from a service elevator and why does the bathroom have a single sink? However , room is lovely, plenty of storage and bed is amazingly comfortable. We will definitely be back to this glamorous resort. Before I end. The restaurants on property are OUT OF THIS WORLD

Amazing place to stay at! Wish I stayed for longer!! Highly recommend! Everything was perfect! From front desk/housekeeping( turndown/runner of the night)/room in dinning/ cleansers that took out the stain on my best friends white Jacket!! / pool area!/ door bell men/ wine area helped us open up our wine bottle/ would definitely come back again! Everyone is so nice & informed ! Just want to throw a shout out to the following people who served my best friend and I ! I’m horrible with names but these are the only ones I remember/: Lisa & Karla @ pool area !
