Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, Surfside, Florida

We arrived for Xmas/Hanukkah week. The hotel is stunning. The service is flawless. Pools for families, children, and adults only. The beach is a very short walk. The pool menu is wonderful and the food is fabulous. All the lobby appointments are stunning. The 2 shops are unique. If you want more Bal Harbour Shops are 5 minutes away. Fabulous! My only disappointment was for $2800/night my room was city facing, across from a service elevator and why does the bathroom have a single sink? However , room is lovely, plenty of storage and bed is amazingly comfortable. We will definitely be back to this glamorous resort. Before I end. The restaurants on property are OUT OF THIS WORLD

Amazing place to stay at! Wish I stayed for longer!! Highly recommend! Everything was perfect! From front desk/housekeeping( turndown/runner of the night)/room in dinning/ cleansers that took out the stain on my best friends white Jacket!! / pool area!/ door bell men/ wine area helped us open up our wine bottle/ would definitely come back again! Everyone is so nice & informed ! Just want to throw a shout out to the following people who served my best friend and I ! I’m horrible with names but these are the only ones I remember/: Lisa & Karla @ pool area !

Stay was wonderful. Quiet, beautiful property Concierge is stand out. Most accommodating and helpful vs other four seasons or 5 star hotels. Easy to communicate with them via email. Got me reservations at Casa Tua, mandolin aegean, and Mila. The person who cleaned my room was very nice and did a great job The pool area is tranquil Rooms are modern and the nicest of any resorts in the South Florida area Kelly, the front desk manager is very accommodating and kind. Cares a lot about the guest experience. Would return.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. But that is all eclipsed by a staff that is there for you every second of your stay. The level of service and care is incredbile. You won't want to ever leave!

If you ever have the pleasure to stay at the Four Seasons Surfside, do yourself a favor. It offers more than a hotel experience. It's classy, tasteful and an awesome place to stay. I travel a good deal for business and decided to splurge for an end of summer beach trip. I wasn't expecting to find such a place. The food, service, room, beach, pool and employees were just excellent. You don't find this type of hotel property very often. The food is just excellent! The atmosphere is so relaxed, and the service is just impeccable. They even had a gentleman with white gloves on opening the door for guests going from the lobby to the outdoor areas! Talk about elegant! Again, do yourself a favor and go to this property.

This is a stunning hotel - contemporary and stylish - an extraordinary blend of the historic Surf Club and a stunning new building, but you should come here for the staff and the service it’s world class
