Nice bedroom apartments, great location and facilities.
Many part of the building is under renovations and few shops are empty with lease signs. The outdoor lighting can be improved to uplift the building at night.
Right next to Surfers Paradise tram stop.
Do note, the AC cannot go any lower than 22 degrees and can feel warm on warmer days.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Q1. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and views are just too amazing, making our stay extremely comfortable.
The amenities were top-notch, with a well-maintained pool, a fully equipped gym. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation.
Overall, our stay at Q1 exceeded my expectations. This is the second time we stay, and will definitely return.

Best hotel I've ever stayed. The location was perfect. It's literally 1-minute-far from a light rail station (Surfer's Paradise Station). And all the staff there was really really nice. Cleaning staff maintained our room super clean every day during our stay. I definitely would like to stay at the q1 resort and spa next time I visit gold coast. View was fantastic as well.

Most of the service and the apartments are brilliant!
But I don't understand, why I ordered two same apartments, and I got one on 28th floor with small acreage, yet another one is on 40th floor with big acreage and very nice view?

Spacious & clean room and great location. With all what you need for serviced apartment. 5 mins walk to the beach. Will come back again!

The location is unbeatable. Staying inside means you can save up the hassle of going up to the 72/F lookout. It is 2 blocks from the busiest area of Surfers’ Paradise which means it is convenient yet quiet enough. The view from the room is gorgeous. Free parking is available.
The only problem we encountered was I was being charged $10 extra for asking for a replacement set of bedsheets as they were dirty. I reflected this to the manager upon check out but wasn’t addressed. I will give a 4 out of 5 for my stay with families here.
