We stayed in the hotel for three days(7/7-7/10). On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the "cleaning notification" button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again.
