Beautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC.
Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool.
Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

Great stay! Perfect for kids and adults alike with the choice of both the pool and ocean. Just wish I had booked the sea view. I couldn’t fault the service especially when addressing an issue with our parking.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the beach, with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and dusty blinds. The overall hygiene is slightly poor, the toilet facilities are old, and the bathroom is very small.
