I recently stayed at a hotel in Gold Coast and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were incredibly nice and super friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room facilities were great, and the large room provided a comfy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and the tram station, with a supermarket nearby for convenience.
However, I did encounter a disappointing issue: we saw a cockroach in our room. While this was unfortunate, it didn't overshadow the overall comfort and amenities of our stay. With a little more attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be an excellent choice for future visitors.
