Good value for money 4 star hotel in middle of broadbeach and Surfers paradise area.
Easy tram access and good continental breakfast buffet spread though same menu everyday.
Quite area below the hotel, if need lively or direct access to tourist hotspots then choose hotels at cavill avenue or broadbeach

Travelled for business on this occasion. Myself and family have stayed at this property many times. The location is really convenient, its a proper functioning hotel. Check in was really easy and fast. Scored a good room upgrade as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was good . So I would recommend this hotel.

the room equipments are a bit old. the service is slow，have a dead battery on the door lock，it took me 3 times up and down stairs，took 20-25 minutes to fix it. the ironing board is Brocken， the curtains were hard to close. The hotel is OK but not worth the price.

Hotel was unable to fix my room with extra pay for queen or kings bed , the left me with double bed so myself and partner has to sleep seperate.
also staff was unable to have a good communications with no choice at all
overall very bad experience , the only positive feed back was location but service very poor.
no food after 10pm , no arrangment for after hours
