That’s an amazing location!! 0 mins to get to Surfers Paradise Shopping street and next to the beach.
There’s a supermarket on the basement.
It’s comfortable to stay in the room too. Good for family.

Room was clean, location was convenient as it was in the heart of Surfers Paradise, and parking was also available at a reduced rate.

Location is amazing, can catch 777 line at airport door and then tram and stop at the front of the hotel, shops, restaurants and nightlife all there, pool heated all good! Had a really good time!

Convenient location directly connected to shopping mall with a supermarket at the basement and direct link via the shopping mall to the beach. Hotel is a bit worn out but still serviceable, only problems are lights are not bright enough and there is only rain shower and no shower head for the bathroom.

We had a great stay
The room was cleaned every day
The hotel is going through renovations so pool area wasn’t available all the time carpets needed changing
Food was ok coffee machines we hit and miss

The air conditioning doesnt work - Several people in the review have complained about the same issue. The temprature didnt go under 26 degrees.
Poor customer service - We tried calling the reception several times and no one even answered.
2 lifts were not working during our stay - This meant that we were waiting anywhere between 15-20 mins each time for the lifts.
Parking - Parking is shared with the mall and can be a bit tight. You may have to also park further away if its too busy.
Verdict - Even thought there are some positives, I would NOT recommend this to anyone for a stay especially if visiting in summers.
