My family and I stayed here in September and was as wonderful as it looked like in the advertising. 3 large spacious , heated pools and spa , kids club, playground, jumping pillow, pedal bikes, outdoor movies and bistro. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We had the Pandanus Villa and it was modern, spacious and quiet. We got the special deal which included meals and some drinks and free use of the kids club and equipment which was amazing value. Location wise its off the beach and on a busy road but dont let that put you off. Very quiet and 20 minute walk to The Spit and Broadwater and Parklands. Harbour Town is right across the road for all your shopping needs and extra dining. Brillantly located for theme parks with just a 10 minute drive to them. Bus right out the front which connects with the tram in Southport. I cant fault this place at all. We will definitely be back.

The outside environment is good, you can go for a walk in the morning, but you must have a car. If you don't have a car, the traffic is really inconvenient, and you have to walk a long way to buy things. The room is clean as shown in the picture, and there are small cockroaches. First When I arrived late, I forgot to clean, and there will be instant cleaning back later, and the service attitude is good~

We stayed in the 3 level penthouse so the views were spectacular. The place was very modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The pool was well kept and very refreshing. The penthouse was huge, spanning 3 floors with large spaces but the living area was sorely lacking in furniture. Although we were only 2 people, with 3 guests for one night, the penthouse can sleep 6 to 8 people, however the ground floor where the kitchen and living area is situated, there is only a 3 seater couch with no coffee table. There is also no dining room table. The patio furniture on this floor is also sub standard. There is nowhere to entertain on this level. If you want to entertain you are expected to trek up 2 floors to the roof which includes a dining room table, loungers, spa and BBQ. Unfortunately there is no kitchen on the 3rd floor which you would expect to accompany the BBQ area of a penthouse, especially as it is a long walk with many stairs from the kitchen on the lower floor. Overall it is a great apartment and if it had more furniture I would have provided an 'Excellent' review.

Wonderful bouji hotel with wonderful staff, but a bit tired with a lot of repairs needed. Breakfast was incredible and poolside lunch great value. Room was tired but beds comfy and great view. Indoor pool and sauna advertised has been closed for two years! And the outdoor pool is unheated due to a faulty pool heater again no plan to fix , it is easy to see why Versace is terminating the contract and removing branding . The outdoor pool with sand beach is a nice touch for families with kids Top tip visit the peters fish bar next door for a fab fresh fish and chip dinner , Shopping centre beside is also nice,

It is an apartment, the space is very large, two bathrooms, you can take a bath, there is a swimming pool downstairs, the location is good, there is a supermarket downstairs, you can buy food for yourself! No breakfast! The opposite is the beach!
