Facilities need to be improved. The shower was not good enough. Swimming pool closes at 8pm and won’t open until 10 am, which means you barely have time to use the swimming pool. Will not stay next time.

Were pleasantly surprised by how nice it all was, especially for the low price. Only glitch: We somehow got a handicap unit with wheelchair shower access, so no floor edge – strong shower head flow bounced onto the bathroom floor. Shower curtain barely helped, so we subsequently made a rolled-towel barrier to keep the water at bay. Great friendly service by all, from front desk to breakfast.

The outside was beautiful, the inside another story. Bathroll poor - duct tape in bathtub, 1 light and LOUD exhaust. TV remote broken. Bed and linens very nice.

Upon entering the hotel, the front desk staff was great and welcoming. The attendant during breakfast was also very nice and helpful. The room, however, had a mildew smell as soon as you walked in. I've always heard hotels and mold go hand in hand and this room held to that standard. There was visible mold on the lampshade. I also think it was in the bathroom ceiling above the shower but I refused to inspect for my conscience’s sake. However, I did take a picture of the lampshade and I know mold spores when I see them. I'm not sure if the rest of the hotel is like this because it was my first time and I'm only reporting about one room. In today's economy and how expensive everything is, you can't run a business charge nearly $200 for one night and think you can be entitled to great reviews. There's too much competition out here and customers deserve quality for the money they are giving you.

Everything was great service, staff and rooms. Food was okay for a continental breakfast. Something different every morning. Staff was very friendly. The beds were to die for so soft yet firm. Beautiful golf course next door. we were able to watch golfers tee off.

Checking out N. Topsail as a possible retirement location. This was a perfect one-night stay, and the staff was lovely. Definitely good ambassadors for the area! We were on the second floor in a king room, and it was quiet, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. Thanks for having a hot vegetarian option for breakfast. We'll be back for a longer stay!

To expensive for this place. Place had a musty odor inside place had snakes inside the building and the clerk was scared to get him out. I had to get him out the the building. Her response is we have one every week. Hot water turned cold after 1 minute. Not a good place and to expensive

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff kept the buffet fully stocked. Close to the beach. Highly recommend!
